Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to most locations in India.

We usually dispatch products that are in stock within two business day from the time your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you the estimated shipping time on the website before you place your order.

If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed.
Shipping Dispute Issues
In case of any shipping related disputes such as damaged items, missing items or items showing delivered but not received please contact us within 24 hours via email on theurbanroots.in@gmail.com for us to process the complaint. Any requests made after 24 hours of receipt of DELIVERY EMAIL/SMS or Actual Delivery will not be considered.
Replacements and Returns
We do not offer returns on the products however we issue replacements if there is a concern with the item. For replacements, pls write to us on theurbanroots.in@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product.

Cancellations
Orders once placed through www.theurbanroots.in cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed.
